What Happens After You Place an Order

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. Shortly after, our team will begin processing your shipment for dispatch.

As soon as your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. This tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you haven’t received tracking details within two business days of placing your order, please contact us via live chat or email us directly at support@bacteriostaticwaterstore.com.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 0–1 business days.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.00. For orders below that amount, the following flat rates apply:

• Standard (UPS/USPS): $9.90 (2–5 business days)
• UPS 2-Day Air: $25.00 (2 business days)
• UPS Next Day Air: $50.00 (1 business day)

Handling Times, Transit, and Cutoffs

Order cutoff time: 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations & Privacy

At this time, we only ship within the United States. To ensure your privacy, all orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no mention of the contents on the exterior of the box.
