At Bacteriostatic Water Store, our commitment to your research is backed by our Perfect Order Guarantee. Because we supply medical-grade reconstitution products, we maintain a strict Chain of Sterility to ensure every item that reaches your door is factory-sealed and untampered with.
1. The Chain of Sterility (Non-Returnable Items)
To ensure the safety of our entire community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have left our possession:
Bacteriostatic Water (all sizes and brands).
Pre-packed Injection or Reconstitution Kits.
All Syringes and Needles.
Alcohol Prep Pads.
Why? Once a sterile product is shipped, we can no longer guarantee its integrity. In the interest of public safety and professional standards, we do not restock or resell returned medical supplies. When you buy from us, you are guaranteed a product that has never been out of a controlled, sterile environment.
2. Our “Perfect Order” Guarantee
While we don’t accept “change of mind” returns for sterile items, we proudly offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on our service. If your experience with us isn’t perfect, we will make it right.
We will provide a full refund or free replacement if:
Damaged in Transit: Your vials arrive broken or the sterile packaging is compromised. (Please report within 5 days of delivery with a photo).
Order Errors: You received the wrong item, gauge, or quantity.
Quality Issues: You detect a manufacturing defect or a compromised factory seal.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order meets the “Perfect Order” criteria above, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email support@bacteriostaticwaterstore.com with your order number.
Submit Evidence: For damaged items, please include a clear photo of the product and packaging.
No Return Necessary: For your convenience and safety, we usually do not require you to mail back damaged or incorrect liquids. We will simply ask you to dispose of them safely and we will ship your replacement or issue your refund immediately.
4. Processing Your Refund
Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Timeline: Most refunds appear on your statement within 2–3 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
5. Important Legal Notes
Research Use Only: All products are sold for laboratory research and the reconstitution of legal, physician-prescribed medications.
Policy Void: Any communication referencing the misuse of these products for unauthorized human or animal consumption will immediately void all refund/guarantee policies and result in a permanent account ban.
