To ensure smooth processing, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Refunds are issued quickly once returns are received and, whenever possible, credited back to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted for unopened items. Exceptions for opened items may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Products that show signs of use outside their intended laboratory or research purposes are not eligible for return.
